This message will play when your prospect calls your remote voicemail number, and will direct them to visit your Landing Page URL or to leave a message for you. Your investment is only $75.00. You can listen to samples of the remote voicemail messages by playing the audios below.

The Remote Voicemail messages will be personalized with your Landing Page URL that you provide.  Your messages will be delivered to you via a CTS Support Ticket in a WAV format.  The recording fee includes loading the message onto your remote mailbox (providing that you are using 800Link as your remote voicemail supplier), OR providing the recording to your service company in an MP3 or WAV file for them to load, depending on the service company you use.  Full instructions will be provided with delivery of your messages.

If you have a special script you would like to have recorded, select the Custom Remote Voicemail Message option and submit your script for approval. Custom scripts cannot exceed 3 minutes in recorded length.

This recording will be used specifically for your voice broadcasts on or near the 4th of July, and will be personalized with your Landing Page URL. You will need to provide your Remote Voicemail Number so that can be inserted in the Answering Machine audio. Your investment is only $50.00 for both messages (Live Answer and Answering Machine), and you can reuse these audios every year.

These audios are meant to be used in place of the regular Remote Voicemail audios you use on your Remote Voicemail System during the Holiday season. If you currently don’t have a Remote Voicemail System, our recommended vendor for that service (iTelecenter) can be found at www.CTSRemoteVoicemail.com.

These very powerful audios contain some extremely compelling content that gets prospects thinking about how they are ending the year, and why they need to change what they’re doing if they ever want to achieve their big goals. The real benefit of acquiring these audios is that they pull on the emotions of the Holiday season, and over the years they have proven to be remarkably effective for many CTS members. Here’s how to best use them.

You get two audios in this set, creatively named Audio One and Audio Two, and your investment for both is only $50. For a greater impact these audios are dated, and to keep them current it is advisable to reorder them annually to get the most current one; that’s why they have been priced so affordably. Here’s how you use these audios.

Once you have ordered and received your audios, load them both onto your iTelecenter account. Once loaded, select Audio One as the current audio to play instead of your your existing audio any time before or just after Thanksgiving and leave it selected until just before New Year's day. Then sometime between Christmas and New Year’s, select Audio Two as the current audio to play on your iTeleCenter account and run that right until the end of January. After January 31st, select your standard Remote Voicemail audio that you are currently using as the one to play.

For those of you who are technically challenged, not to worry. It’s a breeze to load audios onto your iTelecenter account by following the simple prompts located within your account, and selecting any audio in your account as the one to play can be managed with just a few clicks of your mouse. If you have difficulty figuring any of this out, the iTelecenter Support Team will be happy to assist you. You can contact them via their Support Line located in your iTelecenter back office.

Your audios will be professionally recorded and delivered to you via a CTS Support Ticket, typically within two working days from time of order, providing all information on the order page is correct.

If you have a script you would like to have recorded, and it does not exceed 2 1/2 minutes (or so) in length, the investment is only $250. Submit your script for approval through the CTS Support Center at https://support.cashtrackingsystem.com, and select the Marketing department.
